What are the Services offered by CAIMED

Some of the services provided by the Centre:

• An interactive, participatory and dynamic platform for the exchange of information and sharing of knowledge on innovation in public administration between the European Union, Northern Africa, selected countries of the Middle East and of the Balkan region;
  
• An on-line library consisting of relevant documentation on the experiences of the Mediterranean countries in reforming their public administration systems;
  
• Relevant information on public administration innovation activities being undertaken at the national, regional and international levels through UNPAN. The Centre is an On-line Regional Centre of the United Nations Global Network on Public Administration, and as such, users can access all the relevant information posted on the UNPAN itself, including the workshops, conferences, study tours and other activities undertaken jointly by UNDESA and FORMEZ; and;
  
• Advisory services and capacity-building, including training in relevant areas of public administration reform to interested countries both at the national, regional and local levels.
